Wilson, PhD is CEO of  Psygenx LLC  \sI-'jen-iks\  a consultancy dedicated to unlocking the power of generational psychology for business.  His provocative work has helped Baby Boomers, Generation Xer, and Millennials (aka Gen Y) understand and inspire one another both in the office and at home.  He is a dynamic speaker, experienced consultant, and generational diversity thought leader.  His award-winning seminars on the multi-generational workforce, shifting demographics, and corporate competitiveness have been informing and entertaining business audiences since 2006. 

For the past twenty years, Dr. Jeff has been focused on strategic business transformation issues.  As a management consultant for Fortune 500 companies he has engaged at all levels of the enterprise from the C-suite to the factory floor, while producing tangible and sustainable business results.

During his tenure at IBM Business Consulting he was the Americas leader for technology-driven change, working with high-profile clients in media & entertainment, communications, consumer packaged goods, and energy.  At PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP he consulted on Strategic Change with clients in high-technology, financial services, and professional services.  Today in aerospace, he retains the role of Senior Advisor for Corporate Organization Effectiveness at The Boeing Company where he was honored as the recipient of the 2009 Global Diversity Change Agent Award.
